Processing and Shipping Information

We take pride in crafting each of our candles by hand, exclusively made-to-order to ensure the highest quality. Unlike mass-produced items, our candles are carefully created after each customer places an order.

Due to an increased demand, current processing and shipping times may extend between 4 to 8 business days (Monday - Friday). Rest assured, we are diligently working to fulfill your orders as swiftly as possible.

Once your order is completed, packaged, and ready for shipment, you will receive a notification via email and/or text to the contact information provided at checkout, along with your tracking details.

Please Note: Shipping times provided during checkout do not include our processing period. Estimated shipping times are as follows:

  • First Class: Please allow an additional 3 to 7 business days for delivery.
  • Priority Mail: Delivery typically takes 2 to 4 business days.

We appreciate your understanding and patience as we craft your candles with care.

 

Free Shipping Policy

For orders that qualify for free shipping, we can only ship to a single address. At this time, we are unable to split orders for shipment to multiple locations.

  • If you return items from an order that initially qualified for free shipping and the total falls below the $100 threshold, we will apply the original shipping fee to your order.

  • Please note, free shipping does not apply to orders shipped to Alaska or Hawaii.

River Chic Designs is not responsible for undeliverable packages due to incomplete, incorrect, or missing destination information, or if the package is refused at the time of delivery. We kindly ask that you carefully review your shipping details during checkout to avoid any issues. Should a package be returned to us for any reason, any applicable shipping charges may be deducted from any eligible refund.

How Can I Check the Status of My Order?

Upon shipment of your order, you will receive an email notification from us containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor the status of your delivery. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active.

If you have not received your order within 5 days of receiving your shipping confirmation, kindly reach out to us at [email protected] with your name and order number, and we will promptly investigate the matter for you.
